Taking Better Care of Travelers, Since 1995

Cadence has turned 25 before my very eyes.  What an incredible journey this has been!  I started Cadence on the belief that there was a better way to care for travelers.  It was as simple as that.  When I hand-delivered air tickets to my clients,  I didn’t do it to be different.  I did it because it was the way I believed it should be done.   

We launched our Host Agency business to offer travel advisors a place to call home. We welcomed them into a community, a family in which to belong. We provided an umbrella of support under which they could feel protected, looked after, empowered and cared for. When our corporate clients asked us to assist with meetings and incentives, we created a nem business to support their needs, carrying with us the same high-touch service and unwavering commitment to care that built our client base from the beginning And now we are here, celebrating this tremendous milestone.

Over the past 25+ years, we've seen the travel industry turn over multiple times and reform anew. We've seen global industry consolidation with small brands becoming large brands, and large brands becoming mega brands. We've lived through major disruptions in the airline industry, redetining how we move from place to place. We've seen hotels grow, merge and segment more than ever before. And we’ve lived through a global pandemic, ushering in an unprecedented shift in everything we know about travel.

But despite all of this, our differentiator remains as relevant as it ever was.  We truly care about people.  Every day at Cadence, we ask ourselves “How we can be better? How can we elevate our service?  How can we continue to show how much we care?”  We are folding compassion into everything we do, supporting worthy industry causes like ECPAT, GenerateHope, and the ENDIT Movement.  Beyond our industry, we continue to support organizations that have always meant the most to us, most notably, Rady Children’s Hospital, Susan G. Komen® and USO.  Wherever possible, we are partnering with companies who prioritize taking care of people and our planet.   We’re investing in our people and our partnerships.  Because this is a business of people serving people.  This is what we have cultivated.

True care. True partnerships. Truly focussed on people.  This is what Cadence stands for, and this is where we will continue to orient towards as our true north.  This is how we’ve taken better care of travelers for over 25 years, and how we will continue to elevate for many more.
