Travelers must apply online to request a background check for pre-approval, followed by an in-person interview by a U.S. Customs & Border Protection Officer. Follow these steps below to reserve a spot for your in-person interview.
How to apply:
1. Click the "Get Started" button below to submit an application and pay the required $100 non-refundable application fee* no later than August 13, 2016. (Reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, submitting an application by this date does not guarantee a spot at the event.)
2. Upon completion of your application, you will receive your application ID. (Your application ID is NOT what is used to schedule your interview)
3. After approximately 2-3 weeks you will find out if your application was accepted. Look out for your Conditional Membership Number from the U.S. Customs & Border Patrol. (It will start with the number 9.)
4. Once you receive your Conditional Membership Number, email sierra.johnson@cadencetravel.com or call 858-551-6968 to schedule your interview (you do not need to schedule it online). You must have your Conditional Membership ID to confirm your time slot! Each applicant per household must schedule a separate interview.
