Below are our top picks for 2017 openings and enhancements for meeting and incentive venues:

The Pendry • San Diego, CA

The design is no doubt in the details at this boutique hotel. Residing in the epicenter of San Diego’s famous Gaslamp Quarter, The Pendry features 317 guestrooms including 36 suites, 6 unique restaurants and bars, a stunning rooftop pool area that doubles an indoor/outdoor space, and a 24 hour fitness center with California-inspired yoga and meditation courses. Park Hyatt • St. Kitts, West Indies• Opening Spring 2017

Slated to open during spring 2017, Park Hyatt St. Kitts will be a luxury hotel nestled on a secluded area offering golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, overlooking The Narrows, a strait separating St. Kitts and the volcanic island of Nevis.  Park Hyatt St. Kitts spans the entire width of Banana Bay while surrounded by the majesty of rolling hills, The Resort is situated at the tip of the South East Peninsula adjacent to the popular tourist attraction of Cockleshell Beach with its local vendors and restaurants. Four Seasons Resort Lana'i • Hawaii
