Tour Overview:
It’s about shopping, dining, entertainment and everything you’ve always wanted to see in China. Experience the highlights of Beijing and Shanghai with a city tour to Xian and a day to explore the Terra Cotta Warriors. You’ll sample China at its most alluring with all the extras including a Peking duck dinner.
Day 1 (Wednesday) - Arrive Beijing:
Arrive in Beijing the capital of the People’s Republic of China. You are welcomed at the airport and escorted to the hotel.
Day 2 (Thursday) - Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City & Hutong Tour:
Start your tour this morning with a visit to the Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world and the Forbidden City, the 250-acre palace containing more than 9,000 rooms. Closed to the common people for centuries, it was only opened to the public in 1949. Later enjoy Beijing’s hutongs tour by Rickshaws including visit to a local home. The hutongs, or ancient city alleys were built as part of a city building plan that followed the etiquette systems of the Zhou dynasty, which had specific protocols regarding how residential areas should be set up. Breakfast and lunch included.
Day 3 (Friday) - Great Wall & Summer Palace:
Visit the Great wall, stopping en route at the Bird’s Nest & Water Cube for a picture stop. The Great Wall, built 2,300 years ago and extending 3,750 miles, can be seen from space! This afternoon, explore the Summer Palace, the retreat of China’s royal families for over 2,000 years. Tonight, enjoy a Peking Duck dinner. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 4 (Saturday) - Temple of Heaven & Lama Temple / Xian:
In the morning, visit the Temple of Heaven, possibly the country’s most popular symbol and the Lama Temple, considered as the largest and most perfectly preserved lamasery in present day China. Later, fly to Xian, once the largest city in the world. Xian was the national capital for eleven Chinese dynasties and a major link between Asia and Europe. You will be met and transferred to your hotel. Breakfast and lunch included.
Day 5 (Sunday) - Terra Cotta Warriors:
Xian captured the interest of the world in 1974 with the discovery of the astonishing third-century BC burial sites of the first emperor to unite China, Qin Shi Huangdi. Visit the archaeological site to see thousands of Terra Cotta Warriors. Enjoy a noodle making demonstration, followed by lunch. This afternoon, visit the ancient Shaanxi provincial Museum. In the evening, enjoy dumpling dinner and Tang Dynasty Show. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 6 (Monday) - Xian / Guilin:
This morning, visit the Big Wide Goose Pagoda Temple and the Ancient City Wall. In the afternoon, fly to Guilin. Upon arrival, met and transfer to your hotel. Breakfast and lunch included.
Day 7 (Tuesday) - Guilin / Yangshuo / Guilin:
Relax and enjoy the natural beauty of this region from the decks of a slow-moving boat on the Li River. Disembark in Yangshuo, and explore the famous West Street, and visit the local village and farms. Dinner at a local restaurant followed by Impression Liu San Jie Light Show. Late evening transfer back to Guilin. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 8 (Wednesday) - Guilin / Shanghai:
This morning, visit the famous Reed Flute Caves. Following lunch, fly to Shanghai. Upon arrival, met and transferred to your hotel. Breakfast and lunch included.
Day 9 (Thursday) - Shanghai Sightseeing:
Your morning tour of Shanghai includes a visit to Yuyuan Garden and the Old town. In the afternoon, visit the Shanghai Museum and the Bund, a wide, treelined avenue along the Huangpu River and Tianzifang Artist area, famous for small craft stores, coffee shops, trendy art studios and narrow alleys. This evening, enjoy a performance by the famous Chinese acrobats. Breakfast and dinner included.
Day 10 (Friday) - Suzhou Sightseeing:
Enjoy your visit to Suzhou today by high speed train. Suzhou, often called the "Venice of the East" for its network of waterways and canals crossed by 300 graceful bridges dates back to the Ming Dynasty. Visit the Garden of Master of Nets and the Silk Spinning factory. Ride on the Grand Canal, China’s ancient commercial waterway. Later return to Shanghai. Breakfast and lunch included.
Day 11 (Saturday) – Shanghai:
Day at leisure to relax and pursue independent activities. Breakfast included.
Day 12 (Sunday) - Shanghai / Home:
Morning transfer to the airport for your flight back home. Breakfast included.

Tour Overview:

Day 1 - Arrive Kuching:
Arrive in Kuching, capital of the state of Sarawak, Malaysian Borneo. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to the hotel.
Day 2 - Lemanak River Excursion:
The river safari takes you deep into the jungle as you travel via the legendary Lemanak River. Overnight at the hotel. Breakfast and lunch included.
Day 3 – Kuching:
Return to Kuching this morning, where your tour will include a visit to the Market Place and tate Mosque. Breakfast and lunch included.
Day 4 - Kuching / Kota Kinabalu:
Fly to Kota Kinabalu, “Land below the Wind.” Check in at your hotel. Breakfast included.
Day 5 - Mt. Kinabalu Excursion:
At 13,455 Mt. Kinabalu is the highest mountain in all of South East Asia! Visit the national park at the base of the volcano. A nature walk allows time to photograph spectacular and rare flora and fauna, including vibrantly colored butterflies and insects. Breakfast and lunch included.
Day 6 - Sandakan / Sepilok / Sukau:
Fly to Sandakan, home to the famed “Wild Men of Borneo” (the orangutan). The morning is reserved for an extensive visit to Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary. Later depart Sepilok to Sim Sim Jetty and cruise up to the lower Kinabatangan River Sanctuary for lunch at Abai Jungle Restaurant. Following lunch, cruise to Sukau village. Arrive in Sukau and check into your lodge. Late afternoon, take another river cruise to the Menanggul River. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 7 - Sukau / Sandakan / Kuala Lumpur:
After breakfast, journey back to Sandakan in time to connect to your flight for Kuala Lumpur. You will be met upon arrival and transferred to your hotel. Breakfast included.
Day 8 - Malacca Excursion:
Visit the ruins of St Paul’s Church and the Stadthuys, believed to be the oldest Dutch building in the East, now housing the Malacca Museum. Breakfast and lunch included.
Day 9 - Kuala Lumpur / Home:
Your morning tour of the city covers the major historical landmarks. Enjoy a panoramic view of the city from the observation deck of the KL Tower. Afternoon transfer to the airport for your flight back home. Breakfast included.

Day 9 (Thursday) - Chengdu Sightseeing:
Morning visit the world-renowned Chengdu Panda Breeding Research base. Following lunch, explore the Jinli Cultural street. This evening, enjoy a Sichuan Hot Pot dinner and Sichuan Opera show. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 10 (Friday) - Chengdu / Hong Kong:
Morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to your hotel. Hong Kong is where the mystical East meets the modern West, where the potpourri of sights, smells and sounds never fails to delight the senses. Breakfast included.
Day 11 (Saturday) - Hong Kong Sightseeing:
Your morning is dedicated to the sights of legendary Hong Kong Island. Your tour includes visits to Victoria Peak including one-way peak tram ride, Aberdeen Fishing Village and Stanley Market. Afternoon is at leisure. Breakfast included.
Day 12 (Sunday) - Hong Kong:
