A great new points conversion option with United PerksPlus

The United "perks converter" allows you to take points out of your entire company's pool and give them to individual employees. 

Most major airlines have corporate reward programs that allow you to pool points as a business without taking away from individual travelers' frequent flyer points.  As of March 2017, United PerksPlus and the United MileagePlus program rolled out the Points-to-Miles Conversion, a new reward option that offers the ability to convert your company-earned points into award miles and deposit them into eligible employees’ individual MileagePlus accounts.
